Journal ArticleDOI

Characteristic Fluctuations in Glycosidically Bound Volatiles during Tea Processing and Identification of Their Unstable Derivatives.

TL;DR: The total contents of GBVs gradually increased at the withering steps and then remarkably increased after the fixing step at 230 °C, during oolong tea processing, and the presence of 6'-O-malonyl ester type β-D-glucopyranosides in the tea samples suggested a contribution to the increment in glucopyrnosides during ooled tea processing.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transcriptional Repression of Cdc25B by IER5 Inhibits the Proliferation of Leukemic Progenitor Cells through NF-YB and p300 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

TL;DR: It is found that transcriptional repression mediated by IER5 regulates Cdc25B expression levels via the release of NF-YB and p300 in AML-derived ALDHhi/CD34+ cells, resulting in inhibition of AML progenitor cell proliferation through modulation of cell cycle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and in vitro studies of Gd–DTPA derivatives as new potential MRI contrast agents

TL;DR: A new type of dendritic molecules, Gd–DTPA derivatives, which work as a functionalized ligand coordinating gadolinium(III) ion at the center of their frameworks with different terminal moieties on the molecular surfaces, was readily synthesized with high yield.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of quantum dot nanoparticles bound to the plant volatile precursor of hydroxy-apo-10'-carotenal.

TL;DR: The synthesis of nanoparticles bound to plant volatile precursors was achieved via coupling reaction of the QD to C27-aldehyde which was prepared from α-ionone via 12 steps in 2.4% overall yield.
