Journal ArticleDOI
CTAB capped synthesis of bio-conjugated silver nanoparticles and their enhanced catalytic activities
TL;DR: In this article, the appearance of the yellow color with surface plasmon resonance band at ca. 400-450 nm in UV-visible spectroscopy reveals the formation of AgNPs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Green synthesis of biogenic silver nanomaterials using Raphanus sativus extract, effects of stabilizers on the morphology, and their antimicrobial activities
TL;DR: The reducing and capping potentials of aqueous Raphanus sativus root extract are explored for the synthesis of silver nanomaterials for the first time in the absence and presence of two stabilizers, namely, water-soluble starch and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB).
Journal ArticleDOI
Cationic surfactant assisted morphology of Ag@Cu, and their catalytic reductive degradation of Rhodamine B
TL;DR: In this article, the catalytic reductive degradation of Rhodamine B (RB) by using Ag@Cu bimetallic nanoparticles as a catalyst has been reported for the first time in this study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Catalytic Activity of Cobalt Nanoparticles for Dye and 4‐Nitro Phenol Degradation: A Kinetic and Mechanistic Study
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of stabilizing agents on the microstructure of Co-nanoparticles for removal of Congo red
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple and nonexpensive method was used to the synthesis of Co-nanoparticles in absence and presence of stabilizers, which showed that the morphology, stability and color of cobalt sols strongly depend on the nature and/or presence of stabilizeizers.
