Structural, electrical and magnetic properties of Co-Cu ferrite nanoparticles
Mohd. Hashim,Alimuddin,Shalendra Kumar,Bon Heun Koo,Sagar E. Shirsath,E. M. Mohammed,Jyoti Shah,R.K. Kotnala,Hoon-Ki Choi,Hanshik Chung,Ravi Kumar +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, structural, electrical and magnetic properties of Cu doped Co ferrite nanoparticles prepared by sol-gel method were analyzed using XRD and revealed that all samples have single phase cubic spinel structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, magnetic and electrical properties of Al3+ substituted Ni–Zn ferrite nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this article, Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2−xAlxO4 (0.0,≤ ǫ,ǫ −1.5) has been synthesized by citrate-gel auto combustion method and characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive Xray (EDX), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), dc magnetization, dielectric and impedance spectroscopy measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and characterization chemistry of nano-crystalline Ni–Cu–Zn ferrite
Mohd. Hashim,Alimuddin,Sagar E. Shirsath,Shalendra Kumar,Ravi Kumar,Aashis S. Roy,Jyoti Shah,R.K. Kotnala +7 more
TL;DR: The realism of single phase cubic spinel creation of the synthesized ferrite samples was studied by the DTA-TGA, XRD, SEM, EDX, FT-IR, VSM and dielectric measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterizations of Ni2+ substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric parameters of Ni-doped nanocrystalline cobalt ferrite samples have been studied at room temperature in the frequency range 42 Hz−5MHz and is explained in the light of interfacial polarization arising from the heterogeneous nature of ferrite structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of rare earth ion doping (Ce and Dy) on electrical and magnetic properties of cobalt ferrites
Mohd. Hashim,M. Raghasudha,Sher Singh Meena,Jyoti Shah,Sagar E. Shirsath,Shalendra Kumar,D. Ravinder,Pramod Bhatt,Alimuddin,Ravi Kumar,R.K. Kotnala +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of RE ion doping (Ce and Dy) on the dielectric, magnetic and impedance studies was systematically investigated by LCR meter, Vibrating Sample Magnetometer and Impedance analyzer respectively at room temperature in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 kHz.
