Identifying critical success factors for sustainable growth of Indian banking sector using interpretive structural modeling (ISM)
TL;DR: In this article, the authors identify the critical success factors for sustainable growth of the Indian banking sector and develop a model for Indian banks by using interpretive structural modelling (ISM) approach to bring down the complexity of relationship among factors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pyramiding of genes for grain protein content, grain quality, and rust resistance in eleven Indian bread wheat cultivars: a multi-institutional effort
Pushpendra Kumar Gupta,Harindra Singh Balyan,Parveen Chhuneja,Jai Prakash Jaiswal,Shubhada Tamhankar,V. K. Mishra,Navtej Singh Bains,Ramesh Chand,Arun Kumar Joshi,Satinder Kaur,Narinder Kaur,G. S. Vishwakarma +31 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used marker-assisted backcross breeding (MABB) for introgression and pyramiding of the following genes: (i) the high GPC gene Gpc-B1; (ii) HMW glutenin subunits 5 + 10 at Glu-D1 loci, and (iii) rust resistance genes, Yr36, yr15, Lr24, and Sr24.

RNA-Seq-Based Transcriptomics Study to Investigate the Genes Governing Nitrogen Use Efficiency in Indian Wheat Cultivars
Sarabjit Kaur,Mohd Shamshad,Suruchi Jindal,Amandeep Kaur,Satinder Kumar Dr. Parminder Singh,Achla Sharma,Satinder Kaur +6 more
TL;DR: A comparative transcriptomics study was carried out to investigate the gene expression that regulates NUE, in root and shoot tissue of N-efficient and N-inefficient cultivars under optimum and nitrogen (N) stress and found several transcription factors and genes involved in N absorption, transportation, and assimilation to be highly expressed in high NUE cultivar PBW677.
Journal ArticleDOI
