Compatibility between 3T 1H SV-MRS data and automatic brain tumour diagnosis support systems based on databases of 1.5T 1H SV-MRS spectra.
Elies Fuster-Garcia,Clara Navarro,Javier Vicente,Salvador Tortajada,Juan M. García-Gómez,Carlos Sáez,Jorge Calvar,John R. Griffiths,Margarida Julià-Sapé,Franklyn A. Howe,Jesús Pujol,Andrew C. Peet,Arend Heerschap,Àngel Moreno-Torres,M.C Martinez-Bisbal,B. Martínez-Granados,Pieter Wesseling,Wolfhard Semmler,Jaume Capellades,Carles Majós,Angel Alberich-Bayarri,Antoni Capdevila,Daniel Monleon,Luis Martí-Bonmatí,Carles Arús,Bernardo Celda,Montserrat Robles +26 more
TL;DR: 3T SV-MRS data can be used with the currently available automatic brain tumour diagnostic classifiers which were trained on databases of 1.5T MRS data to be used for diagnostic classification of 3T spectra, and perhaps also the combination of 2T and 3T databases.
Journal Article
Framework for clinical data standardization based on archetypes.
José Alberto Maldonado,David Moner,Diego Bosca Tomas,Carlos Angulo,Montserrat Robles,Jesualdo T. Fernandez +5 more
TL;DR: This work presents both an archetype modeling framework and LinkEHR-ED, an archetype editor and mapping tool for transforming existing electronic healthcare data which do not conform to a particular electronic healthcare record architecture into compliant electronic health records extracts.
Book ChapterDOI
An archetype-based solution for the interoperability of computerised guidelines and electronic health records
Mar Marcos,José Alberto Maldonado,Begoña Martínez-Salvador,David Moner,Diego Boscá,Montserrat Robles +5 more
TL;DR: This paper presents an archetype-based approach to solve the interoperability problems of guideline systems, as well as to enable guideline sharing, and describes the knowledge requirements for the development of archetype-enabled guideline systems.
Journal ArticleDOI
Accurate quantification methods to evaluate cervical cord atrophy in multiple sclerosis patients
José Carbonell-Caballero,José V. Manjón,L. Martí-Bonmatí,J. R. Olalla,B. Casanova,M. de la Iglesia-Vayá,Francisco Coret,Montserrat Robles +7 more
TL;DR: The automatic PVM cord-segmentation approach, taking into consideration the spinal-cord inclination and partial-volume treatment, provides reproducibility and increased accuracy in the evaluation of cord atrophy, allowing the monitoring of changes in MS patients.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A semantic web-based system for managing clinical archetypes
Jesualdo Tomás Fernández-Breis,Marcos Menárguez-Tortosa,Catalina Martínez-Costa,Eneko Fernandez-Breis,Jose Herrero-Sempere,David Moner,Jesus Sanchez,Rafael Valencia-García,Montserrat Robles +8 more
TL;DR: This system allows for the semantic annotation of archetypes, as well for performing semantic searches, and is capable of working with both ISO13606 and OpenEHR archetypes.
