Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam e-commerce  Sejauh ini, berbagai penelitian dilakukan dan menyebutkan bahwa dari segi hukum bisnis masalah dalam e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia adalah customer protection yang belum memadai, regulasi pemerintah terutama penetapan pajak, tingginya biaya pemakaian data center dan penggunaan domain kode negara atau id, transaksi jual beli yang masih rawan tindak penipuan, rendahnya jaminan kepastian hukum terhadap pelaku e-commerce , dan ancaman cyber security  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan pendekatan yuridis normatif mengenai aspek hukum bisnis melalui internet Orisinalitas penelitian dapat ditelaah dari model pengembangan strategi dari hasil kajian hukum, penelitian terdahulu dan artikel terkait yang relevan saat ini Melihat e-commerce terus berkembang, tentunya solusinya pun akan terus mengalami inovasi baru Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan e-commerce di Indonesia terutama bagi para stakeholder Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dalam tinjauan hukum masalah utama yang dihadapi saat ini adalah kepatuhan hukum Solusinya yaitu menjamin keamanan transaksi e-commerce misalnya melalui asuransi, menciptakan lembaga bantuan upaya hukum bagi pengguna teknologi dan pemilik teknologi apabila terjadi pelanggaran transaksi e-commerce dan dukungan dari regulasi pemerintah terutama sanksi yang tegas merupakan salah satu kunci mengatasi masalah dalam e-commerce

Pendekatan hukum dalam mengatasi masalah e-commerce di indonesia

Entrepreneurship is an important instrument in planning and realizing rural community development. Owing to current problems in societies, focusing on the rural entrepreneurship is of utmost importance. Entrepreneurship by creating new opportunities for employment and income plays an important role in improving socioeconomic conditions of villages. The aim of this study is to assess the factors influencing the development of rural entrepreneurship in a case study of villages in Torbat-e Heydarieh, Kadkan district. The research method was descriptive-analytic, and the data collection method was library and field studies. For data analysis, One-sample t-test with principal component analysis was used. The statistical population of the study was the villagers of Kadkan district of Torbat-e Heydarieh, from which 240 people were asked to complete a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using the Content and face validity with expert judgement. Reliability of the questionnaire was examined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient which for all studied domains was above 0.75 which indicated that questionnaire was satisfactory. The results indicated that economic factor was the most influential issue in the rural entrepreneurship. The results also showed that rural entrepreneurship provides a good context for creating jobs in agricultural and non-agricultural sectors and it is an important factor for achieving sustainable rural development.

Factors That Influence Rural Entrepreneurship: Case-Study Evidence from Torbat-E Heydarie, Kadkan District

The aim of our research was to study the adaptogenic properties of maral root and pantocrin and the possibility of their application in the practice of sports training of powerlifters in the preparatory period. In studies with students and undergraduates of the Bashkir Agrarian University, adaptive possibilities and effective norms for the use of these adaptogens during periods of high physical exertion on all muscle groups were established. It has been revealed that the use of tinctures of pantocrin and maral root by parenteral administration enhances the endurance of athletes, increases strength indicators, and shortens the recovery period after training and competition. The beneficial effect of these drugs on the nervous system was established, in particular, increased mobility and balance of nervous processes, which led to an improvement in the assimilation of complex technical actions by athletes. At the physiological level, a slight increase in haemoglobin level and an increase in the number of red blood cells were revealed. All this was accompanied by an improvement in the indicators of the main indicator of the functional state of the body - the cardiorespiratory system. In particular, the peroral administration of tinctures of pantocrin and maral root in certain doses reduced the heart rate and contributed to the rapid restoration of blood pressure and respiratory rate after exercise. General conclusion: the use of tinctures of pantocrin and maral root helps to increase the functional state of the body and increase the strength indicators of athletes.

This research was conducted by purpose of more identification and familiarization with e-commerce law and information security. Methodology: There are no boundaries in e-commerce and there is no difference for people to buy their goods from the neighbor shop or from a shop in another continent. E-commerce increases speed and volume inn merchandise transactions and reduces buyers’ and producers’ costs tangibly, time saving, more attraction, removing brokers, and finally more benefits. However, the e-commerce has its problem and defect like any other issues. One of the biggest obstacles in e-commerce way is information security. Results: Encryptions used in information security to change information to codes that no one can use it except the permitted user even if others access to it. The encrypted information can change to the initial form by permitted user (by decryption process). Encryptions used to protect both electronic and non-electronic transmitted or stored information, encryption provides good facilities for information security such as improved methods of authentication, message compression, digital signatures, non-repudiation capabilities, and encrypted network communications. Conclusion: If encryption is not implemented correctly, it can cause security problems.
