This article addresses the problem of integrating socio-cultural components into teaching and upbringing through foreign languages. The aim of teaching a foreign language means not only acquiring communication skill but also forming cultural and linguistic personality. The main aim of any communication is to be understood by interlocutor. The effectiveness of this process is directly dependent on the reached level of mutual understanding between communicants. To achieve this aim partners should have the willingness and capacity to form dialogue of cultures which presupposes the existence of a socio-cultural competence. Sociocultural competence includes knowledge about values, beliefs, behavior patterns, customs, traditions, language and cultural achievements peculiar to society. This competence occurs in the framework of socio-cultural education and training, i.e. in the process of personalizing the culture and national traditions of the studied language country.

Socio-Cultural Competence in Teaching Foreign Languages

Objectives: On the basis of the analysis of scientific research, we have made an attempt to determine the main directions of the development of digitalization in the system of higher education in the field of physical culture and sports in Russia for the next decade. Materials and Methods: The material for this article is the result of our own research and an analytical review of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in recent years. Results: The obtained results can be considered a significant proof of the relevance of this area of research. The analysis shows the need to master modern information technologies in the field of higher education. This requires the development and implementation in the educational process of higher education of professionally oriented program and program and pedagogical tools aimed at mastering the necessary knowledge, as well as accumulating personal experience in their use in pedagogical and sports activities. Conclusion: In our opinion, four main areas of use of modern digitalization in physical culture and sports can be distinguished: in the educational process; in the process of sports training; in the process of competition; in health improving physical culture.

Main Directions Digitalization in the Higher Education in the World and Russia (Based on the Example of Physical Culture and Sports)

In this article, the analysis of dynamics of risk degree of innovation-driven growth at higher education institutions is discussed. The survey has been employed in this paper and the data analyzed by SPSS software. Results revealed that the resulting risks are regularly encountered in a modern Russian higher educational institution: inability to provide necessary financial support for educational activities; inability to provide required modern material and technical basis; challenges and failures in collaboration with enterprises for organizing practical training for students and the absence of practical training programs at the university. It is also indicated that the risk event might lead to different results: negative, positive, or null (if everything went according to the plan).

Dynamics of Risk Degree of Innovation-Driven Growth at Higher Education Institutions

The problem of legislative entrancement and protection of students' rights in the sphere of healthcare is one of the most pressing. "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing; it is not a mere absence of ailments or physical defects". The Russian Federation students often face declarative attitude in medical practice, he is often ignored, despite having rights (property or personal) and freedoms of accessing medical assistance. In order to introduce quality changes to the system of students' rights protection in Russia, this problem requires a complex solution. The right to healthcare and medical assistance is entrenched in the domestic legislation, foremost in the Russian Federation Constitution. The right to free medical care in compliance with the program of the state-guaranteed free medical assistance, as well as paid medical service and other services, is entrenched in Article 41. Along with it no less relevant and almost undeveloped is a problem of defining the legal status of the students. How do we define and protect the rights and freedoms of them as a part of the Russian Federation entrenched in the Russian Federation Constitution accurately? In developed countries approaches to forming a legal relationship of the medical organizations with the student's need for medical care changed significantly in the past years. Many world countries, starting from the XX 90th, carry out purposeful introducing the general principles of the students' rights, as well as other people's legal status entrenchment into their legislation, pay considerable attention to these rights’ implementation mechanisms. Thus, the problem of students' legal status, which complexity is predetermined by the law specifics, is one of the most difficultly resolved theoretical and practical issues in the sphere of medical-legal relationship. The present article is devoted to the analysis of specific aspects of this problem, authors offer a new approached to its resolution.

The Constitutional Right to Healthcare and Medical Care for Students in Schools: Chosen Aspects

Factoring companies are one of the most important modern legal entities to facilitate domestic and international trade-economic relations. Factoring is a short-time funding method and factoring company is responsible for managing, demands collecting or decreasing commercial documents and receivable accounts. Also, the main task of the factoring company is purchasing debt. Methodology: Factoring contract is a general agreement between the exporter and operating company which exporter whereby transfer to the factor some receivable amounts arising from the sale of goods between themselves and customers. Results: The aim of this study is to review the legal structure of commercial factoring and to compare it with similar legal institutions. In Iran operating entity, despite of practical common, is not benefit of appropriate, clear and decisive legal basis because of having some bugs legal basis and therefore the study is of great significance. Conclusion: This study is based on descriptive –analytic method and the information collecting method.
