A handwriting input/output system that allows letters, characters and figures to be input by hand is provided easily and with low cost. The objective is to easily provide a handwriting input/output system with low cost, in which an imaging means captures and transmits the image of a medium provided with a writing area having a dot pattern that defines coordinate information and code information, dot pattern analysis means calculates trajectory information by storing the image data of the dot pattern and analyzing the code of the image data, trajectory recognition means recognizes the trajectory information of the letter, character, and figure traced on the writing area based on a change in the analyzed coordinate information, process instruction means transmits a process instruction based on the recognized information together with the trajectory information to information processing means, whereby a letter, character, figure and the like can be input by hand. Also, provided is a handwriting input and output system capable of inputting not only information of letters, characters, and figures but also related information thereto.

[PROBLEMS] To provide an automatic pivoted door opening/closing in both right and left directions with safety, wherein congestion at an entry door is relieved by rapidly securing the opening width required for the traffic at the entry door, and a risk is predicted in advance through a computer-based analysis of images photographed by a television camera, while safe operation being assured by the risk-aversive control. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Both sidewalls are provided with accommodation sidewall doors (1) and inrush blocking sidewall doors (10). The accommodation sidewall doors (1) are accommodated in the anti-rotation direction at the time of opening, and are made open in both right and left directions in conjunction with rotation of a pivoted door. In the event that the opening width may pose a danger to inrush with the door closed, the inrush blocking sidewall doors (10) are closed in the anti-rotation direction and from both right and left sides, thereby making an effect to give sense of urgency and get diverted from inrush. The inrush blocking sidewall doors (10) are not fully closed, but stopped with a human body with left, resulting in no excessive force being applied to a human body. The inrush blocking sidewall doors (10) are small in inertial force due to small width and lightweight, and have degrees of freedom in the accommodation direction, which prevents excessive force from being applied to the human body. For ensuring safe operation, the traffic is monitored with a television camera to supervise the access to a dangerous region. The traffic is analyzed by a computer-based image analysis to predict a degree of risk in advance. The risk-aversive control for operation of the pivoted door is performed through the advanced computer-based risk prediction.
