Proposal of new spinel oxides semiconductors ZnGaO2, [ZnGaO2]:Mn3+ and Rh3+: ab-initio calculations and prospects for thermophysical and optoelectronic applications.
Muhammad Irfan,Sikander Azam,Sikander Azam,Thamraa Alshahrani,Bakhtiar Ul Haq,Tuan V. Vu,Safder Hussain,Banat Gul +7 more
TL;DR: Electronic and optical results reveal that hybridization occurred mainly due to O-p/Zn, Mn-d, Rh-d and Ga-s orbitals, and large values of Seebeck coefficient and power factor of Mn- doped spinel oxide indicate that this material can be used for thermoelectric devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Two new species of Yaginumaella (Araneae, Salticidae) from Wuling Mountain, China
TL;DR: The present paper deals with two new species, Yaginumella pulchella sp.
Journal ArticleDOI
