Ab initio Hartree-Fock and density functional theory study on characterization of 3-(5-methylthiazol-2-yldiazenyl)-2-phenyl-1H-indole

TL;DR: The optimized molecular structures, vibrational frequencies, corresponding vibrational assignments, thermodynamic properties, UV-vis spectra and atomic charges of 3-(5-methylthiazol-2-yldiazenyl)-2-phenyl-1H-indole molecule have been investigated using ab initio Hartree-Fock and density functional theory methods at 6-31G (d,p) basis set.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Mn Addition on Structural and Superconducting Properties of (Bi, Pb)-2223 Superconducting Ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of Mn addition on the structural and superconducting properties of Bi1.8Pb0.4Sr2MnxCa2.2Cu3.0Oy ceramics with x=0,0.03, 0.06,0.,0.3 and 0.6 by means of X-ray analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron dispersive x-ray (EDX), resistivity, and transport critical current density (Jc) measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigation of mechanical and superconducting properties of iron diffusion-doped Bi-2223 superconductors

TL;DR: In this article, the mechanical and superconducting properties of the Fe diffusion-doped (Bi-Pb)-2223 superconductor have been investigated and the possible reasons of noticed improvement on mechanical and physical properties due to iron diffusion are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Density functional theory study on the identification of 3-[(2-morpholinoethylimino)methyl]benzene-1,2-diol

TL;DR: It was found that charge analyses supported the evidences of MEP, and the obtained optimized geometric parameters and vibrational frequencies were observed to be in good agreement with the available experimental results.
Journal ArticleDOI

Substitution of Sm at Ca site in Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2-xSmxCu3Oy superconductors

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the partial substitution of Ca by Sm in the Bi-2223 superconducting samples prepared by standard solid-state reaction method was investigated, which consisted of DC electrical resistivity, AC susceptibility, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements.
