TL;DR: In this paper , the mediating effect of job involvement moderated by job satisfaction in the relation between social support and turnover intention in youth was examined, which indicated that job involvement and job satisfaction are important factors in understanding the turnover intention of youth and in order to reduce their turnover intention, it is especially necessary to find ways to increase job involvement.
