PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which excels in heat resistance and moldability and also in rigidity and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A styrenic resin composition is prepared by incorporating (C) 2-15 pts.wt. styrene/butadiene block copolymer into 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising (A) a styrenic resin and (B) a cyclic polyolefin resin at a ratio (by weight) of (A) to (B) of 99/1 to 50/50, and a sheet is formed of this composition. The component (C) may be a styrene/butadiene block copolymer having a ratio (by weight) of styrene blocks to butadiene blocks of 70/30 to 25/75.

CONSTITUTION: An optical resin composition, obtained by polymerizing cyclohexyl methacrylate and/or methylcyclohexyl methacrylate to coat (A) a rigid crosslinked (co)polymer having 10wt% or more, based on the total monomer, methacrylic acid ester units and (B) an elastic (co)polymer consisting essentially of an acrylic acid ester and/or methacrylic acid ester as a core with (C) a polymer containing 10wt% or more, based on the total monomer units, cyclohexyl methacrylate units and/or methylcyclohexyl methacrylate units, to give particles of a laminated structure, and using the above-mentioned particles as a main constituent.
