Journal ArticleDOI

Super paramagnetic ZIF-67 metal organic framework nanocomposite

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple method for the encapsulation of magnetite nanoparticles into zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 (ZIF-67) is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced isosteric heat of adsorption and gravimetric storage density of hydrogen in GNP incorporated Cu based core-shell metal-organic framework

TL;DR: In this paper, the hydrogen adsorption potential of graphene nanoplatelet incorporated core-shell metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) was explored using X-ray diffraction analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

In vitro antiproliferative study of curcumin loaded nano zeolitic imidazolate framework hybrid biomaterials on HeLa cells

TL;DR: In vitro cytotoxicity studies reveal that CCM–ZIF-67 hybrid biomaterial exhibits more specificity towards cancerous cells, and in vitro antiproliferative studies corroborate that hybrids displays greater cell growth inhibitory performance than that of pure metal organic framework and pure curcumin towards HeLa cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterisation of ZnS quantum dots encapsulated zeolitic imidazolate frameworks

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors report the encapsulation of semiconductor Zinc sulphide quantum dots (ZnSQDs) in Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks such as ZIF-8 and Zif-67.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of nitrogen doped carbon dot (N-CDs) encapsulated zeolitic imidazolate Framework-8 (N-CDs@ZIF-8)

TL;DR: In this article, a bright fluorescent nitrogen doped carbon dot is synthesized via microwave method and these carbon dots are encapsulated into zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF-8) by solvothermal method.
