Journal ArticleDOI
The use of arylsulfonyltriazoles for the synthesis of oligonucleotides by the triester approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved triester approach for the synthesis of pentadecathymidylic acid.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Modified Triester Method for the Synthesis of Deoxyribopolynucleotides
TL;DR: In this article, a modified triester method was developed for the synthesis of oligonucleotides starting from mononucleosides as more economical starting materials, and a pentadecanucleotide was successfully prepared.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and anti-HIV activity of 9-[c-4,t-5-bis(hydroxymethyl)cyclopent-2-en-r-1-yl]-9H-adenine.
TL;DR: The synthesis and in vitro anti-HIV activity of two new racemic nucleoside analogues indicate that one or both of the individual enantiomers of 12 could serve as candidates or lead compounds for the development of anti-AIDS agents.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of chiral spiro 3-oxazolin-5-one 3-oxides (chiral nitrones) via a nitrosoketene intermediate and their asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions leading to the EPC synthesis of modified amino acids
TL;DR: In this article, cycloaddition of chiral cyclic ketones such as (−)-menthone, (+)-nopinone, and (+)-camphenilone to nitrosoketene generated by thermolysis of 5-hydroxyimino-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione gave the corresponding chiral spiro 3-oxazolin-5-one 3oxides.
