Amac: Arastirmanin amaci gebelikte sik karsilasilan yakinmalar, fiziksel, ruhsal ve cinsel saglik sorunlari, risk faktorleri ve yasam kalitesi ile iliskisini Incelenmektir.Yontem: Arastirma kesitsel olarak olasiliksiz ornekleme yontemi ile belirlenen 607 gebe kadin ile yapilmistir. Arastirmanin verileri gebelerin tanitici ozelliklerinin ve arastirmanin bagimsiz degiskenlerinin sorgulandigi anket formu. Saglik Bakanligi Risk Degerlendirme Formu, Beck Depresyon Envanteri ve SF-36 Yasam Kalitesi Olcegi ile toplanmistir. Verilerin degerlendirilmesinde sayi, yuzde ve coklu linear regresyon analizi kullanilmistir.Bulgular: Arastirma kapsamindaki gebelerin yas ortalamasi 27,42±5,04 idi. Gebelerin %99,8'inin gebelikleri suresince bir ve daha fazla sik karsilasilan yakinma ile karsilastiklari saptanmistir. En fazla karsilasilan yakinmalarin sik idrara cikma %81,0 , bulanti ve kusma %66,1 , mide yanmasi %58,4 , sirt agrisi %53,7 , vajinal akintida artis %45,3 ve uriner sistem enfeksiyonu %45,0 oldugu gorulmustur. Gebelerin %84,8'inin en az bir yuksek risk faktoru tasidigi, %14,8'inin saglik sorunu nedeniyle hastaneye yattigi, %16,1 'inin yuksek depresyon riskinde oldugu, %80,1'inin gebelik doneminde cinsel yasamlarinda degisiklik oldugu ve %13,8'inin gebelikten once cinsel sorunu bulundugu saptanmistir. Coklu regresyon analizi sonuclari yuksek depresyon riskinde olma, gebelik doneminde saglik sorunu nedeni ile hastaneye yatma, yuksek risk sayisindaki artis, gebelikten once cinsel sorunu olma ve gebelik suresince cinsel yasamda degisiklik yasama durumlarinin gebelerinin yasam kalitesini istatistiksel olarak anlamli bir sekilde olumsuz etkiledigini gostermistir.Sonuc: Bu arastirmada, gebelerin cok buyuk bir bolumunde bir ve daha fazla gebelige iliskin yuksek riskli durumun bulundugu, yaygin bir bicimde fiziksel, ruhsal ve cinsel problemler yasadiklari; tum bunlarin gebelerin yasam kalitesini olumsuz bicimde etkiledigi sonuclari aciga cikarilmistir. Bu sonuclarin mevcut dogum oncesi bakim hizmetlerinin planlanmasi ve sunumunda kullanilmasi ile anne ve bebek sagliginin gelisimine katki olusturulabilir

The purposes of this research is to describe and set-up the development model for organizing education and training of nutrition, assesst the effectiveness of teaching learning on the model for organizing education and training of nutrition This research involved sample of 60 mothers from 286 mothers by using technique of purposive cluster random sampling While data analyse used percentage description and the effectiveness of teaching learning model for education and training of nutrition by research design of â€œOne-Group Pre Test â€“ Posttest Designâ€, which used Paire t test The research result shown that the factual model was very rarely implemented, since it was delivered incidentally by the women group of Family Welfare Education at the Level of Village as the Instruction of subdistrict level The development model found 4 (four) steps of conceptual models, are: 1) planning; 2) organising; 3) acting/implementing, and 4) evaluating Teaching learning shown implementing high effectiveness, as evidenced by the significant difference of result between before and after training, which Tscore is 13,246 while Table is 2,861 (Tscore> ttable) There is a decrease in iron anemia rates between before (40%) and after training in nutrition (20%), and sifnificant difference on tscore>ttable Researchers suggested that need a post â€“ training assisstances in nutrition and empowerment from the leaders community and team driving the PKK to carry out a balanced diet in everyday family mealsABSTRAKÂ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan membangun model pengembangan pengorganisasian pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi, menguji keefektifan pembelajaran pada model pengorganisasian pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi Sampel berjumlah 60 ibu dari 286 ibu dengan teknik purposive cluster andom sampling Analisis data menggunakan deskripsi persentase dan keefektifan model pembelajaran pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi dengan desain penelitian â€œOne-Group Pretest-Posttest Designâ€, menggunakan uji beda (paired t test) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model faktual amat jarang dilakukan Â  dan bersifat insidentil karena diberikan oleh kader PKK atas instruksi dari tingkat Kecamatan Model pengembangan yang ditemukan adalah model konseptual 4 (empat) langkah, yaitu: 1) perencanaan; 2) pengorganisasian; 3) penggerakan; dan 4) evaluasi Pembelajaran memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi Terbukti adanya perbedaan hasil sebelum dan sesudah diklat secara signifikan, dimana terhitung sebesar 13,246 sedangkan t tabel 2,861 (t hitung > t tabel) Ada penurunan angka anemia gizi besi antara sebelum (40%) dan sesudah pelatihan gizi (20%) p< 0,05, diukur selang enam bulan dari pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi, dan terbukti ada perbedaan secara signifikan Disarankan agar dilakukan pendampingan pasca pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi dan diperlukan penguatan dari tokoh masyarakat serta perangkat desa

Desain Model Pengembangan Diklat Gizi yang Efektif untuk Masyarakat Marginal

Aim: Anemia seen during the period of gestation affects the health of the mother as well fetus. Nutrition education which given in pregnancy may prevent the development of anemia. Our research was carried out to determine the effect of nutritional training for the prevention of anemia due to iron defiency. Method: The training and the control group each having 30 people in our research received a total of 60 pregnant women. All of the pragnant women was administered questionnaire during the 3rd and 9th month of pregnancy to ascertain the participants sociodemographik features and level of knowledge and hemoglobin values were recorded. A nutritional training were given to the pregnant women in the Training group when they are in the 3rd months of their pregnancy and this pregnant women were reminded that they should pay attention to nutrition subjects them once a month by telephone until 9th months of pregnancy. To analyze the data chi-square, Mann- Whitney U and Wilcoxon tests were used. Results: During the 3rd month of gestation, the mean values for Hb was 12.5±1,6gr/dL in Training group and 12,6±1,0gr/dL in Control Group (P=0,893).
