Spectral and transport phenomena in Ni ferrite-substituted Gd2O3
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of samples of the mixed ferrite NiGd x Fe 2− x O 4 ( x = 0, 0.1, ǫ 0.5 and 0.7) were prepared by the usual ceramic technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, electrical and transport phenomena of Co ferrite substituted by Cd
TL;DR: A series of samples of Co1−xCdxFe2O4 were prepared by the usual ceramic technique and sintered at 1473 K for 6 hours as discussed by the authors. And the X-ray analysis showed the existence of single phase spinel structure with the increase of lattice parameter and density with increasing Cd contents whereas the porosity decreases.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of γ-rays irradiation on Mn–Ni ferrites: Structure, magnetic properties and positron annihilation studies
TL;DR: In this article, a representative group of the investigated samples were irradiated by γ-rays of 60Co source with a dose of 310kGy and compared with that of the pristine samples to estimate changes in the structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact of the heat treatment conditions on crystal structure, morphology and magnetic properties evolution in BaM nanohexaferrites
Alex Trukhanov,Alex Trukhanov,K.A. Darwish,M.M. Salem,M.M. Salem,O. M. Hemeda,M.I. Abdel Ati,M.A. Darwish,M.A. Darwish,Egor Kaniukov,S.V. Podgornaya,V.A. Turchenko,V.A. Turchenko,Daria I. Tishkevich,T.I. Zubar,K.A. Astapovich,V.G. Kostishyn,Sergei V. Trukhanov +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, a strong correlation of the heat treatment conditions (annealing), crystal structure parameters, microstructure and magnetic properties evolution in nanosized BaFe12O19 M-type hexaferrites or BaM nanohexaferrites was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of hopping rate and jump length of hopping electrons on the conductivity and dielectric properties of Co–Cd ferrite
O. M. Hemeda,M.M. Barakat +1 more
TL;DR: The cobalt cadmium ferrite has an n-type conductivity as discussed by the authors, which is inversely proportional to hopping length, but is directly proportional to the hopping rate of electrons.
