TL;DR: The data provide no evidence that blood transfusions from precancerous blood donors are associated with increased risk of cancer among recipients compared with transfusion from non-cancerous donors.
Journal ArticleDOI
A short-form questionnaire identified genital organ prolapse

Journal ArticleDOI
Long-Term Cancer Risk Among Swedish Women With Cosmetic Breast Implants: An Update of a Nationwide Study
TL;DR: Stratification by duration of follow-up revealed no statistically significantly increased or decreased SIR, with the exception of a two- to threefold excess of lung cancer among women followed for more than 15 years, which would be expected due to the high prevalence of smoking among the Swedish women with implants in this study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Appendectomy in Sweden 1989-1993 assessed by the inpatient registry
TL;DR: Diagnostic accuracy increased each year, more pronounced in women than men, seen in all hospital categories, and was higher for those admitted during periods of low capacity (weekends/ holidays), and length of stay by day of admission and hospital category.
