The paper deals with the problem of testing and technical diagnostics of the control systems in electronic devices by means of infrared thermography. The methodology of technical state noncontact monitoring and failure analysis is presented. An algorithm for measuring the temperature field of the elements surface and supporting decision procedure on the operability implemented in the information-measuring system is described. The different mathematic models of electronic devices thermal performance are considered. It is shown that for microelectronic devices it is sufficient to use a two-dimensional mathematical model of the thermal field on the surface. To compare the calculated thermal fields and measured temperatures, it is suggested to use an artificial neural network that is trained in the process of functioning of the information-measuring system. The experiments were carried out on the recognition of defects and failures in microelectronic devices of control systems.

Artificial Neural Network for Technical Diagnostics of Control Systems by Thermography

The complexity of modern engineering production requires the use of computer technology in design and technological processes. The problem is the need to efficiently distribute computers and software between departments in the enterprise. The article proposes an optimization-simulation approach to solving the problem of computer equipment allocation. It consists in an iterative procedure for solving an optimization problem and verifying the obtained solutions on simulation models. A discrete optimization problem with Boolean variables for assigning computers to tasks in departments is formulated. It is proposed to carry out a simulation model in the form of a timed Petri net. A graphical model of computer equipment repair and maintenance in the process of performing tasks is presented. A basic elementary timed Petri net is constructed, which is used to build a general simulation model. The properties of the basic simulation model are considered.

Optimization-simulation approach to the computational resource allocation in a mechanical engineering enterprise

The article deals with the organization of effective work of the development teams of complex software systems. The structure of the P2P network with peer interaction of actors with the information and communication environment is given. The auction mechanism is constructed and the game theory model of policy objectives to minimize the design time of software projects is described. The methodology for constructing artificial objects (actors) and practical boundaries according with the Data Envelopment Analysis method are considered. This allows us to refine the knowledge of actors on the parameters of the partners in the game during the auction allocation of tasks.

Deals with the management of ambulance stations complex in the city with congested traffic. The estimation of ambulance station efficiency is based on DEA methodology. The ambulance station profile is formulated and the basic parameters for the DEA model are determined. The solution of the linear programming problem was performed for the efficiency evaluation of a complex of ambulance stations.

A lattice model of the structures of developing information-measuring systems is considered. It is shown that this model allows studying the transformation of structures of information-measuring system during the life cycle. To conﬁrm the distributive property of the lattice model the original algorithm of search in it for the sublattices of pentagon and diamond types is proposed.

In the article the problem of interpretation output signals of artificial neural networks was considered in cases when softmax regression is used in them which calculated with heuristics often applied in practice. To use alternative multi-fold activation function in artificial neural network for objects categorizing is proposed. It is shown that output signals, that can be get in case of using the function, possible to be interpreted as probability of full group of events. Additionally, the form of distribution allows to estimate how precise the proposition is. With aim of developed artificial neural net that recognizes hand-written characters from 0 through 9 experiments were made that checks proposed approach.

Two-stage normalization of output signals of artificial neural networks

The creation of robotic vehicles for agricultural purposes is a promising direction in the automotive industry. The complexity of the self-driving truck's design, work in difficult operating conditions, and a large number of measuring devices and processing subsystems determine the relevance of creating a virtual test system. These tests are part of the overall virtual commissioning process for a robotic vehicle. The article discusses a set of basic subsystems that provide virtual tests based on a model-based approach: mathematical modeling, measurement modeling, information subsystem with databases, visualization and documentation subsystem. Metrological models of measuring channels for virtual tests have been developed, allowing simulating random vehicle parameter changes. The testing process covers all the most essential components of a robotic vehicle. For example, the article presents a dynamic model of the braking system of a robotic chassis and shows the results of braking modes' virtual tests. The developed virtual test system is used to create a KAMAZ truck as part of a robotic system for agricultural vehicles.
