Deformation Mechanism of Nanocrystalline Magnesium in Compression
Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanical milling of magnesium powder
TL;DR: The evolution of microstructure during mechanical milling of magnesium powder has been studied in this article, which revealed a rapid decrease and then saturation of the grain size at approximately 42 nm and a relatively large final grain size compared to other mechanically milled metals due to the high recovery rate of magnesium.
Journal ArticleDOI
Compressive Mechanical Properties of Mg-Ti-C Nanocomposite Synthesised by Mechanical Milling
Journal ArticleDOI
Remanence enhancement in isotropic Sm-Co powders
TL;DR: The crystallisation, structure and magnetic properties of SmCo powders prepared by mechanical alloying were studied in this paper, where high values of remanent magnetisation of up to 0.8 Ms were obtained in isotropic nanocrystalline samples after heat treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
High Magnetic Performance in Mechanically Alloyed Co Substituted Fe3O4
TL;DR: In this article, anisotropic sample with a coercivity of 2.8 kOe and a remanence of 81% of the saturation magnetization, providing a theoretical maximum energy product of 4 MG
