Article history: Received July 18, 2014 Accepted December 1 2014 Available online December 11 2014 This paper presents an empirical investigation to identify and rank the factors of information market development systems influencing on the market share development. The population of this survey includes all managers who work for SMEs in city of Tehran, Iran. The study selects a sample of 230 people randomly and a questionnaire is distributed among them in Likert scale. Cronbach alpha has been calculated as 0.814, which is well above the minimum desirable level. Using structural equation modeling the study has determined seven factors including valid data, information, strategic information, organizational information, supportive information, customer information, development information and data analysis, which influence market share development. Information systems success: the quest for the dependent variable

– The purpose of this paper is to integrate TAM model and TOE framework for cloud computing adoption at organizational level. , – A conceptual framework was developed using technological and organizational variables of TOE framework as external variables of TAM model while environmental variables were proposed to have direct impact on cloud computing adoption. A questionnaire was used to collect the data from 280 companies in IT, manufacturing and finance sectors in India. The data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Further, structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed model. , – The study identified relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, organizational readiness, top management commitment, and training and education as important variables for affecting cloud computing adoption using perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) as mediating variables. Also, competitive pressure and trading partner support were found directly affecting cloud computing adoption intentions. The model explained 62 percent of cloud computing adoption. , – The model can be used as a guideline to ensure a positive outcome of the cloud computing adoption in organizations. It also provides relevant recommendations to achieve conducive implementation environment for cloud computing adoption. , – This study integrates two of the information technology adoption models to improve predictive power of resulting model.

Over the past year, the global economic crisis has put the spotlight on many business organizations of any size. With India not being spared of the impact, large establishments have attempted to tackle this crisis in their own ways. Amid all this, SME’s are increasingly being brought into focus on account of their huge growth potential. The SME sector in India, which contributes almost half of India’s GDP and is home to a slew of business opportunities. SME’s can carve out value-adding niches for themselves and play an important role at a time when global corporations revisit their established supply and sourcing patterns as a response to the changed business climate. In the need to remain competitive, they are looking at supply chain areas and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions seemed to have emerged as a ready made solutions to many SME’s.Therefore, it's of particular interest to analyze the operating implementations, in order to identify the success cases, the nature and measure of the benefits obtained and the context and project-related factors which can influence the chances of a positive outcome. ERP in Indian SME's: A Post Implementation Study of the Underlying Critical Success Factors

Over the last few years many firms of any significant size are in some stage of implementing enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems or other similar multifunctional enterprise systems or are planning to implementing ERP systems in their organization to reap the benefits of integration. Some are in the early stages of the process, giving consideration to the very substantial implementation costs. Given the nature and magnitude of the problems in encountered in implementing an ERP project, this study would attempt to identify the critical success factors (CSF?s) for a successful implementation of an ERP project since it calls for substantial effort on the part of all the stake holders involved to make the implementation a success. This paper explores the existing literature on ERP implementation issues in context to small and medium scale enterprises and attempts a compilation of the factors that assume great significance while implementing ERP in SMEs.
