Adhocnetworks are dynamic infrastructure-less network system in which nodes can communicate with each other freely. It is very different from normal network and thus prone to different kinds of attack. This makes security concerns very important. This paper proposes security improvements over the existing AODV protocol for attack detection and building up proposed Tracking based credence computation (TCV) to improve network security. When a malicious node is judged as an attacker by the credence mechanism, the improved security routing protocol will implement re-routing to isolate the attacker from the network. This algorithm includes the prompt alarm about the behavior of a malicious node to help in taking quick action against them.

Tracking Based Secure AODV Routing Protocol

A 41-year-old morbidly obese woman presented to hospital with worsening heart failure. Her medical background included an acute type A aortic dissection 7 years prior that had been repaired with a hemiarch aortic replacement and full Bentall’s procedure using a 27 mm FreestyleTM total aortic root bioprosthesis (Medtronic, Inc., Fridley, Minnesota, USA). At the time of the aortic dissection, she was found to have a familial aortopathy with a positive TGFBR2 mutation on genetic testing. Her other risk factors for aortic dilatation included longstanding hypertension and lifelong smoking. During the current presentation, transoesophageal echocardiography was performed, showing severe aortic regurgitation and moderate left ventricular impairment. Computed tomography scanning of the aorta showed a severely aneurysmal 5.5 cm FreestyleTM aortic root (Fig. 1) alongside an aneurysmal aortic arch (5 cm) and aneurysmal proximal descending thoracic aorta (4.6 cm). The FreestyleTM prosthesis was only 2.7 cm in diameter at the time of initial operation (i.e., the prosthetic wall had undergone a 2.8 cm dilatation postoperatively). Following multidisciplinary team consensus, the patient proceeded to high-risk redo surgery for explant of the Freestyle bioprosthesis and redo total aortic root and arch replacement with use of a frozen elephant trunk. At the time of reoperation, a surprisingly large dilation of the FreestyleTM portion of the aortic root was noted (Fig. 2). The FreestyleTM tissue was palpably fragile. The patient recovered well from redo surgery and remains well 11 months later. The FreestyleTM prosthesis is reported as having very low rates of structural valve degeneration. Cases of prosthesis degeneration are almost wholly related to leaflet tear or valve calcification/ fibrosis; aneurysmal degeneration of the Freestyle wall is extremely rare. Mobile banking scores over Internet banking as it enables “anywhere and anytime banking.” This application is aimed at developing mobile banking system that allows bank customers to use their mobile phones to do banking, paying bills, etc. It consists of Web application module in JSP, i.e., J2EE and functions of another module J2ME. Some facilities such as history of payments, transfer money from one bank account to another bank account, and balance checking are provided by this system. System also enables the generation of some reports, such as daily, weekly, or monthly report of payment history and customer activity report for customers, customer activity statistics, employee activity statistics, customer login statistics, and transaction for admin.
