Bandgap tuning in highly c-axis oriented Zn1−xMgxO thin films
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed Mg doping in zinc oxide (ZnO) films for realizing wider optical bandgap in highly c-axis oriented Zn1−xMgxO (0.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-performance radiation stable ZnO/Ag/ZnO multilayer transparent conductive electrode
TL;DR: In this paper, the fabrication and performance of swift heavy ion (SHI) irradiated transparent conducting electrode (TCE) having oxide-metal-oxide multilayer structure; ZnO/Ag/ZnO (ZAZ) deposited at room temperature and exhibiting electrical and optical properties comparable to that of commercial ITO.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural and magnetic studies of the nickel doped CoFe2O4 ferrite nanoparticles synthesized by the chemical co-precipitation method
TL;DR: The physical properties of nickel doped cobalt ferrite nanoparticles derived by the chemical co-precipitation route are characterized by XRD, FTIR, TEM, EPR, search coil and ac susceptibility techniques to develop stable kerosene based ferrofluid as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, morphological, electrical and dielectric properties of Mn doped CeO2
TL;DR: In this article, structural and dielectric properties of Ce1-xMnxO2 (0, 1, xMnXO2, 0.15) compounds synthesized by solid state reaction method are reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, optical and ferroelectric properties of V doped ZnO
TL;DR: In this article, the structural, optical and ferroelectric properties of vanadium doped ZnO samples synthesized via solid state reaction method are reported. But the results show that one need to consider the presence of VnO in composite form of oxides of Zn and V and not as a pure V doped system.
