Abstract: YMYI (You Move You Interact) is an interactive digital installation designed to encourage a body performing dialogue with an artificial system, uncovering an ongoing interchange between the body kinetic universe and the audivisual imagery embodied in the interface. YMYI sets a stage where body gestures and movements guide a audio visual installation invoking an imaginary of body expressiveness.

Abstract: − Apresentamos uma instalacao direccionada para o publico infantil, onde atraves da visualizacao de uma projeccao de bacteria virtuais sobre a superficie de um dente construido em gesso, as criancas eliminam as bacterias com uma escova gigante sendo assim sensibilizadas para a importância da higiene oral A conjuncao de um objecto fisico com um meio multimedia proporciona as criancas uma experiencia nova, muito estimulante, que suscita nelas um conjunto de emocoes, levando-as a uma identificacao com o objecto e facilitando deste modo o processo de aprendizagem que as pessoas criam as suas relacoes mais fortes com o conhecimento atraves de representacoes concretas e activas [4] [7] [16]

Abstract: You Move You Interact (YMYI) is an interactive installation, in which a user engages in a body language dialogue with an artificial system resulting in a performing interaction loop consisting of gestures and movements synchronised with virtual animations and sounds. The project aims at exploring an interactive stage , where the user is invited to develop his/her own creative inspiration based on the exploration of his/her body kinetic dimension.
