Armando De Carlo,Sergio Lo Caputo,Carmela Paolillo,Annamaria Silvana de Rosa,Umberto D'Orsi,Maria De Palma,Pierluigi Reveglia,Donato Lacedonia,Gilda Cinnella,Maria Pia Foschino,Maurizio Margaglione,Lucia Mirabella,Teresa Santantonio,Gaetano Corso,Vitangelo Dattoli +14 more
TL;DR: The prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies among Foggia’s hospital healthcare staff was revealed (1.9%).
Journal ArticleDOI
Challenges in LC-MS-based metabolomics for Alzheimer's disease early detection: targeted approaches versus untargeted approaches.
Pierluigi Reveglia,Carmela Paolillo,Gabriella Ferretti,Armando De Carlo,Antonella Angiolillo,Rosarita Nasso,Mafalda Caputo,Carmela Matrone,Alfonso Di Costanzo,Gaetano Corso +9 more
TL;DR: A review of the most recent studies in which LC-MS-based metabolomics has been proposed as a powerful tool for the identification of new diagnostic biomarkers in Alzheimer's disease can be found in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tandem Mass Spectrometry as Strategy for the Selective Identification and Quantification of the Amyloid Precursor Protein Tyr682 Residue Phosphorylation Status in Human Blood Mononuclear Cells.
Pierluigi Reveglia,Rosarita Nasso,Antonella Angiolillo,Lucia Lecce,Carmela Paolillo,Samantha De Tullio,Monica Gelzo,Alfonso Di Costanzo,Carmela Matrone,Gaetano Corso +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a method to identify and quantify amyloid precursor protein (APP) Tyr682 residue in predicting neuronal deficits in Alzheimer's disease patients was proposed. But, the method is not suitable for the detection and quantification of Tyr682 phosphorylation levels.
