Chitosan Derivatives and Their Application in Biomedicine.
TL;DR: Chitosan derivatives will have a large impact and show potential in biomedicine for the development of drugs in future and the applications in the antibacterial, sustained slowly release, targeting, and delivery system fields are described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Evaluation of Chitosan Derivatives Modified Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles as Delivery Carrier
TL;DR: In this paper, the mesoporous SiO2 nanoparticles were modified with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to synthesize aminated mesoporous SiO 2 nanoparticles; then, carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) and N-2-HACC was used to cross-link the aminimized mesopore SiO1 nanoparticles to construct siO2@CMCS-N 2 HACC nanoparticles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Therapy of spinal cord injury by folic acid polyethylene glycol amine-modified zeolitic imidazole framework-8 nanoparticles targeted activated M/Ms
TL;DR: FA-PEG/ZIF-8 treatment significantly eliminated proinflammatory M/Ms without targeting other nerve cells and downregulated inflammation in the injured lesion and caused little toxicity in SCI mice compared to normal mice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Corrigendum: Therapy of spinal cord injury by folic acid polyethylene glycol amine-modified zeolitic imidazole framework-8 nanoparticles targeted activated M/Ms
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors correct the article DOI: 10.3389/fbioe.2022.959324, and present a new version of the article.
