Highly Efficient Hydrogenation of Nitrobenzene to Aniline over Pt/CeO2 Catalysts: The Shape Effect of the Support and Key Role of Additional Ce3+ Sites

TL;DR: Pt/CeO2 catalysts with different support shapes and prereduction temperatures were prepared and tested in the liquid-phase hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.
Journal ArticleDOI

Selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to cinnamyl alcohol over BN-supported Pt catalysts at room temperature

TL;DR: In this article, a Pt/BN catalyst was used for the liquid-phase selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde, and a selectivity of over 85% towards cinnamide alcohol at a conversion of over 95% could be obtained.
