TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the relationship between household energy factors and odds of likely depression and found that longer time spent cooking was associated with a lower average MCS score in a monotonically increasing manner, while women injured during cooking fuel collection had significantly lower (−4.8 95%CI:[-8.1,-1.4]) PCS scores.
