TL;DR: Elevated troponin was an independent variable associated with in-hospital mortality and a greater risk of cardiovascular and noncardiovascular complications during a hospitalization for COVID-19, and this was independent from concomitant cardiac disease.

TL;DR: Exercise echocardiography may identify a subset of SS patients with an inappropriate exercise-induced increase in PASP and early signs of right ventricular dysfunction and, most importantly, a blunted increase inright ventricular systolic function with exercise.
