Abstract: L’article propose le recit d’un episode vecu par les sciences economiques au tournant des annees 1970 a Strasbourg. Dans la dynamique impulsee par la loi Faure de 1968, elles se sont detachees de la Faculte de droit pour s’integrer dans une universite de sciences naturelles. L’autonomie institutionnelle ainsi acquise a favorise l’approche analytique dans l’enseignement et la recherche et la creation d’un laboratoire autour duquel s’est activee une vie scientifique renouvelee.
