Journal ArticleDOI

A pyrene-containing Schiff base fluorescent ratiometric probe for the detection of Cu2+ in aqueous solutions and in cells

TL;DR: In this article, a highly selective and sensitive fluorescent ratiometric probe (1) based on pyrene-containing Schiff base for the dection of Cu2+ was synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI

A sensitive pH fluorescent probe based on triethylenetetramine bearing double dansyl groups in aqueous solutions and its application in cells

TL;DR: A highly selective and sensitive fluorescent pH probe based on triethylenetetramine bearing double dansyl groups was synthesized and indicated that the fluorescent emission will shift with an increase in solution pHs, due to increasing deprotonation of the nitrogen atom on the sulfonamides.
Journal ArticleDOI

An intermolecular pyrene excimer-based ratiometric fluorescent probes for extremely acidic pH and its applications

TL;DR: In this article, three new ratiometric fluorescent pH probes based on intermolecular pyrene excimer, pyrene-1 carboxamide (1), N-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrene -1-carboxamide(2) and N,N-bis(2-acetyl) pyrene 1-CARBOXamide (3), were synthesized, which can fluorescently determine the pH value of the extremely acidic aqueous solution with a detection range of about 1.0-2.5.
