Multi-scale modelling of rafting behaviour under complex stress states for Ni3Al superalloys
Journal ArticleDOI
De novo reconstruction of cell interaction landscapes from single-cell spatial transcriptome data with DeepLinc
Run-Huai Li,Xuerui Yang +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , a deep generative model of variational graph autoencoder (VGAE) based on a deep learning framework for Landscapes of Interacting Cells (DeepLinc) was developed for the de novo reconstruction of cell interaction networks from single-cell spatial transcriptomic data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Stability of selenium and its speciation analysis in water using automatic system separation and HR-ICP-MS measurement
Junqiang Yang,Yawen Chen,K. Shih,Kesheng Hu,Run-Huai Li,Xiaoqing Gao,Qian Wang,Weibo Zhang,Yun Zhou,Yanyun Wang,Jiangang He,Tonghuan Liu,Xiaolin Hou +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a simple and convenient method has been developed for the pre-concentration and separation of inorganic selenium species from environmental water samples using anion exchange chromatographic column combined with high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS) measurement.

Effect of Drying Methods on the Quality in Lycii Fructus
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of studies on the quality control for drying methods in Lycii Fructus were obtained from several treatments to examine the control of the extracts and its physical properties, and also to analyze the inorganic elements and proximate compositions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Soil properties, microbial diversity, and changes in the functionality of saline-alkali soil are driven by microplastics.
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the effects of two commonly used MP, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), at different sizes and doses, on the properties and microbial communities in saline-alkali soil and found that MP treatment significantly reduced the electrical conductivity but somewhat enhanced the enzyme activities and effective nutrient content of the soil.
