Assessment of clinical features in transient left ventricular apical ballooning
TL;DR: Findings suggested that neither abnormalities in the coronary circulation nor acute myocarditis was related to the etiology of transient left ventricular (LV) apical ballooning.
Journal Article
[Usefulness of technetium-99m tetrofosmin single-photon emission computed tomography for short-term risk stratification in patients with acute chest pain in the emergency room].
Michitomo Kawahito,Makoto Kondo,Yoshiteru Abe,Junji Sakata,Tomoyuki Ikeda,Hirofumi Maeba,Ryota Matsuoka,Tomoyuki Kubota,Makoto Araki,Kiyoshi Doyama,Hitoshi Tanio +10 more
TL;DR: 99mTc-tetrofosmin SPECT is a useful method to exclude high-risk patients among patients with chest pain in the emergency room.
Journal ArticleDOI
Noninvasive assessment of coronary microvascular dysfunction using Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Yoshiteru Abe,Makoto Kondo,Tomoyuki Kubota,Ryota Matsuoka,Makoto Araki,Kiyoshi Doyama,Hitoshi Tanio +6 more
TL;DR: Analysis of TF SPECT immediately after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction is a useful noninvasive method for evaluating coronary microvascular dysfunction.
Journal Article
[Effect of collateral circulation on myocardial protection in patients with acute myocardial infarction: comparison of technetium-99m-tetrofosmin myocardial single photon emission computed tomography and coronary angiography].
Michi Yoshida,Makoto Kondo,Yoshiteru Abe,Tomoyuki Kubota,Ryota Matsuoka,Makoto Araki,Hitoshi Tanio,Kiyoshi Doyama +7 more
TL;DR: The collateral flow evaluated by scintigraphic evaluation before PCI was significantly correlated with myocardial viability, and the RSSI obtained from thallium-glucose-insulin infusion SPECT after 1 week and regional wall motion score index obtained from echocardiography during the chronic phase was significant.
