Structural and impedance spectroscopy analysis of Ba(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 ceramic

TL;DR: In this paper, a lead-free perovskite Ba(Fe 1/2Nb1/2)O3 (BFN) was prepared by conventional ceramic fabrication technique at 1200 °C/5 h in air atmosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical properties of BaY0.5Nb0.5O3 ceramic: Impedance spectroscopy analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a lead-free perovskite BaY 0.5 Nb 0.3 O 3 was prepared by conventional ceramic technique at 1375°C/7h in air atmosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric relaxation in lead-free perovskite Ba(Bi1/2Nb1/2)O3

TL;DR: A lead-free perovskite ceramic Ba(Bi 1/2Nb1/2)O3 was prepared by a conventional ceramic technique at 1185 °C in oxygen atmosphere and X-ray diffraction analysis indicated the formation of a single-phase monoclinic structure as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Structural, Electrical And Magnetic Properties Of Perovskite (1-x)Ba(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3–xBaTiO3 Ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, a lead-free pseudo-binary compound (1-x)Ba(Fe 1/2Nb1/2)O3-xBaTiO3; (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) have been synthesized at 1200C using conventional ceramic technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, dielectric and vibration sample magnetometer studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and electrical properties of lead free ceramic: Ba(La1/2Nb1/2)O3

TL;DR: In this article, a lead free perovskite Ba(La 1/2Nb1/2)O3 was prepared by conventional ceramic fabrication technique at 1375°C for 7 h in air atmosphere.
