Takatsugu Ishikawa,H. Fujimura,H. Fukasawa,R. Hashimoto,Q. He,Yuki Honda,Takahiro Iwata,S. Kaida,Hiroki Kanda,Jirohta Kasagi,A. Kawano,S. Kuwasaki,Kazushige Maeda,Shinichi Masumoto,Manabu Miyabe,Fusashi Miyahara,K. Mochizuki,Norihito Muramatsu,A. Nakamura,K. Nawa,S. Ogushi,Y. Okada,K. Okamura,Y. Onodera,Kyoichiro Ozawa,Y. Sakamoto,Mitsuhiro Sato,Hajime Shimizu,H. Sugai,Koutaku Suzuki,Yasuhisa Tajima,Y. Taniguchi,Yusuke Tsuchikawa,H. Yamazaki,R. Yamazaki,Hiroshi Yoshida +35 more
TL;DR: In this article, the total cross sections were measured for coherent double neutral-pion photoproduction on the deuteron at incident energies below 0.9 GeV for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI
Non-strange dibaryons studied in the γd → π0π0d reaction
Takatsugu Ishikawa,H. Fujimura,H. Fukasawa,R. Hashimoto,Q. He,Yuki Honda,T. Iwata,S. Kaida,Hiroki Kanda,Jirohta Kasagi,A. Kawano,S. Kuwasaki,Kazushige Maeda,Shinichi Masumoto,Manabu Miyabe,Fusashi Miyahara,K. Mochizuki,Norihito Muramatsu,A. Nakamura,K. Nawa,S. Ogushi,Y. Okada,K. Okamura,Y. Onodera,Kyoichiro Ozawa,Y. Sakamoto,Mitsuhiro Sato,Hajime Shimizu,H. Sugai,Koutaku Suzuki,Yasuhisa Tajima,Shinichiro Takahashi,Y. Taniguchi,Yusuke Tsuchikawa,Hiromichi Yamazaki,R. Yamazaki,Hiroshi Yoshida +36 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors show strong evidence for the existence of an isovector dibaryon resonance with a mass of 2.14 ± 0.01 GeV / c 2, which is consistent with the theoretically predicted D 12 state, and also with the energy dependence of the πd partial-wave amplitude P 2 3 for the γ d → π ± d and π + d → p p reactions.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: An electromagnetic calorimeter complex, FOREST, was constructed for meson photoproduction experiments at the Research Center for Electron Photon Science, Tohoku University.
Journal ArticleDOI
A detailed test of a BSO calorimeter with 100–800 MeV positrons
Takatsugu Ishikawa,H. Fujimura,R. Hashimoto,S. Kaida,Jirohta Kasagi,R. Kitazawa,S. Kuwasaki,A. Nakamura,K. Nawa,Y. Okada,Mitsuhiro Sato,Hajime Shimizu,Koutaku Suzuki,Yasuhisa Tajima,Shinichiro Takahashi,Yusuke Tsuchikawa,Hirohito Yamazaki,Hiroshi Yoshida +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a performance test has been made for an electro-magnetic calorimeter prototype comprised four identical BSO crystals arranged in a 2×2 matrix by utilizing a positron beam in the energy range from 100 to 800 MeV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Takatsugu Ishikawa,H. Fujimura,Hirotomo Hamano,R. Hashimoto,Yuki Honda,T. Ishida,S. Kaida,Hiroki Kanda,S. Kido,Yuji Matsumura,Manabu Miyabe,K Mizutani,I. Nagasawa,A. Nakamura,Kenichi Nanbu,K. Nawa,S. Ogushi,Y. Shibasaki,Hajime Shimizu,H. Sugai,Koutaku Suzuki,Ken Takahashi,Shinichiro Takahashi,Y. Taniguchi,A. O. Tokiyasu,Yusuke Tsuchikawa,H. Yamazaki +26 more
TL;DR: A fast beam-profile monitor has been developed for high-energy photon beamlines at the Research Center for Electron Photon Science, Tohoku University as mentioned in this paper, where the position of the photon converted into an electron-positron pair in a 0.5mm-thick aluminum plate is measured with two hodoscopes made of scintillating fibers with cross-sections of 3 × 3 mm 2.
