The invention relates to a method for creating a soldered joint of a diffusion seal between parts that are made of identical or different materials, particularly metallic ones, and are provided with a coating for functional reasons. The invention further relates to a joint between parts made of identical or different materials. The method according to the invention is characterized in that parts which are made of identical or different materials, e.g. metallic materials, and at least one of which is provided with a functional coating, can be joined by using reactive nanocrystalline layers that are inserted or are applied directly to the parts which are to be joined. After triggering an exothermic reaction in the reactive nanocrystalline layer, said reactive nanocrystalline layer is a source of heat and supplies the energy required for fusing on the functional layer such that a connection is formed between the reactive nanocrystalline layer and the respective part and/or between the parts once the functional layer has cooled down.

PURPOSE:To manufacture a steering stem component in light wt. and low cost by using a copper base welding wire so as to form calyx-like brazing bead to a protruding corner part, executing arc brazing and joining cast iron casting parts and mild steel parts. CONSTITUTION:Into a center hole 1a in a cast iron casting-made bottom bridge 1, the tip part of a mild steel stem pipe 2 is pressed while protruding a little. To this protruding corner part, the arc brazing is applied by using the copper- base welding wire to form the calyx-like brazing bead 3. The copper-base welding wire has lower m.p. than the cast iron casting parts and the casting material is not mixed into the brazing bead 3, and the bead 3 has good ductility and functions as a flange for preventing through-out. The steering stem component having light wt. and sufficient stem strength is obtd. in low cost.

The invention belongs to the filed of metal connecting, and particularly relates to a method for connecting low carbon steel with a red copper lead for an electrochemical corrosion test at low temperature. The method comprises steps of polishing a low carbon steel sample, washing, then preheating, heating the sample to 240 DEG C-260 DEG C by a heating plate, scattering a mixed soldering flux at the polished welding position of a mother material, continuously sending a brazing filter material into molten liquid drop of the welding position, directly inserting the red copper lead plated with soldering tin through immersion into soldering tin liquid drop of the welding position of the low carbon steel sample so as to be wetted to form an integral joint, and after complete solidification of the liquid drop, standing and cooling to room temperature so as to obtain the welded joint. Compared with traditional welding manner, the connecting method has the advantages of simple equipment, simple raw materials, simple and convenient processes, and low welding temperature; the welded joint obtained through the method has low resistivity and good repeatability.

Method for connecting low carbon steel with red copper lead for electrochemical corrosion test at low temperature

The invention belongs to the technical field of welding techniques and particularly relates to a welding method of a galvanized steel sheet. The welding method of the galvanized steel sheet is aimed at solving the problems that in the prior art, operation is inconvenient when the galvanized steel sheet is subjected to continuous melt welding, and in the zinc removal process, pollution to the environment exists, and physical health of operators is affected. The welding method of the galvanized steel sheet comprises the following steps that S1, the galvanized steel sheet is subjected to I-type groove machining and surface cleaning; S2, continuous melt welding is directly carried out on the galvanized steel sheet in a plasma arc welding mode; and S3, weld joints and the two sides thereof are subjected to welding slag removal and zinc supplementing. By adoption of the welding method of the galvanized steel sheet, convenience and flexibility of welding of the galvanized steel sheet at a construction site are improved, and protection for the construction environment and the health of the operators is enhanced.

Welding method of galvanized steel sheet

PURPOSE: To prevent the development of blow hole by using a wire containing the specific quantity or more of Cu and brazing under argon gas atmosphere in the method joining galonized, steel plates under superposing or butting plural pieces with laser beam heating source or plasma heat source. CONSTITUTION: By using a plasma welding machine, the galanized steel plates 1 are joined with a butt joint by using the wire containing ≥ 60% Cu. The brazing layer 1a is made at the joined part 10. In the case of using the plasma welding machine, the galvanized steel plate as the base material and the wire are heated by arc generated with W electrode. In the case of being the prescribed welding condition and the prescribed or lower welding current, the brazing is executed without existence of diffusion layer and in the case of being more than the prescribed welding current, the liquid phase diffusion brazing is executed. This plasma welding is executed under shield gas atmosphere of argon gas.
