ABCG8 Gene Responses to 8 Weeks Treadmill Running With or Without Pistachia atlantica (Baneh) Extraction in Female Rats.
TL;DR: This study shows that exercise increases intestinal ABCG8 mRNA, and Baneh can increase plasma glucose concentration and reduceABCG8 expression, HDL-C, and estrogen levels probably due to high fatty acid components.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of arbutin and aerobic training on plasma leptin and adiponectin concentrations in alloxan-induced diabetic rats
Niloufar Eskandari Goodarzi,Hoseyn Fatolahi,Saleh Rahmati Ahmadabad,Mahdi Pouramir,Shiva Mohammadi,Zohreh Khojasteh,Mobina Aghajani,Mohammad Ali Azarbayjani +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of arbutin and glibenclamide consumption on leptin and adiponectin in alloxan-induced diabetic rats was compared with a swimming-fosix-week exercise program.
Journal ArticleDOI
Visfatin Gene Responses to 8 Weeks of Treadmill Running with or without Pistachio atlantica Liquid Extraction in Female Rat Tissues
TL;DR: Results demonstrated that Baneh extraction significantly increase visfatin relative gene expression in liver (P < 0.002) and increase not significantly in kidney tissue, and exercise training decreses visFatin relative Gene expression and Baneh increases visfati relative geneexpression in liver and kidney.
