Worldwide Effect of COVID-19 on Physical Activity: A Descriptive Study.

TL;DR: Author(s): Tison, Geoffrey H; Avram, Robert; Kuhar, Peter; Abreau, Sean; Marcus, Greg M; Pletcher, Mark J; Olgin, Jeffrey E.
Journal ArticleDOI

Performance of a Convolutional Neural Network and Explainability Technique for 12-Lead Electrocardiogram Interpretation.

TL;DR: In this article, a CNN was trained to predict the presence of 38 diagnostic classes in 5 categories from 12-lead ECG data, and LIME (Linear Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations) was used to visualize ECG segments contributing to CNN diagnoses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrocardiogram Detection of Pulmonary Hypertension Using Deep Learning.

TL;DR: In this paper , a deep convolutional neural network was trained on patients' 12-lead ECG voltage data to detect Pulmonary hypertension (PH) and its clinically important subtypes.
