Validation of immunoassay for protein biomarkers: Bioanalytical study plan implementation to support pre-clinical and clinical studies
TL;DR: This paper describes the implementation of a bioanalytical study plan for the validation of immunoassays to support decision-making biomarkers and biomarker selection during preclinical and clinical studies and defines milestones and decision points to be followed during the assay validation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Challenges in the structure determination of a dimeric impurity found during development of GDC-0326.
Nathaniel L. Segraves,Stefan G. Koenig,J. S. Stults,Shenglin Ma,Antonio G. DiPasquale,Sarah J. Robinson,David H. Russell +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the vibrational data were compared to DFT calculations for the two most likely structures, which eventually led to successful prediction of structure 2, which was ultimately confirmed by single crystal x-ray diffractometry data.
