A curable composition for producing a fluid permeable composite material comprising: a particulate material and a binding agent comprising: 25-40 % by weight of an acrylic polymer, 0.5-20 % by weight of 10-35 % by weight of a homopolymer of an isocyanate and corresponding isocyanate polymerising agent for forming a crosslinked polymer with said acrylic polymer, and 20-50 % by weight of n-butyl acetate. The composite material, having high breaking and flexural strengths, is suitable for use in making pavers, bricks, tiles and stormwater entry grates.

The series connecting body of a resistor R and a discharge tube NL is connected between the terminals 3, 4 of the rectifying circuit. when the switch SW is closed by error or when the circuit is abnormal, the discharge tube NL is conducted and a current is conducted through the resistor R, therefore, a fuse F is blown to protect the title power source circuit and the loads.
