Etiology and prognostic factors of acute liver failure in children

TL;DR: Etiology was established in 91% cases, Viral infections were the most common cause, and increasing grade of encephalopathy, >7 days interval between the onset of prodromal symptoms and encephalitis, and blood glucose <45mg/dL, serum bilirubin > 10 mg/dL and pH <7.45 on admission were found to be associated with increased risk of mortality.

How Sensitive is Indian Agriculture to Climate Change

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors have assessed sensitivity of Indian agriculture to climate change using district-level panel data and found that a rise in temperature would reduce agricultural productivity, while rainfall unless it is in excess, will tend to counterbalance harmful effects of temperature.
