MicroRNA-7 inhibits neuronal apoptosis in a cellular Parkinson’s disease model by targeting Bax and Sirt2
Shize Li,Xuecheng Lv,Kaihua Zhai,Ruyan Xu,Yong Zhang,Songyao Zhao,Xiaoming Qin,Liujie Yin,Jiyu Lou +8 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated herein that 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion (MPP(+) confers toxic effects on dopaminergic neuron in a dose-dependent manner in a cellular PD model, although this phenomenon is attenuated by miR-7 treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular, Pathological, Clinical, and Therapeutic Aspects of Perihematomal Edema in Different Stages of Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Chao Jiang,Hengtao Guo,Zhiying Zhang,Ya-li Wang,Simon Liu,Jonathan Lai,Tom J Wang,Shize Li,Jing Zhang,Lei Zhu,P. Fu,Jie Zhang,Jian Wang +12 more
TL;DR: This review summarizes the factors that affect PHE by focusing on traditional variables, the cerebral venous drainage system, and the brain lymphatic drainage system and explains why the relationship between PHE and the functional outcome of ICH is currently controversial.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rigid Neuroendoscopy Assisted Hematoma Resection Reduces the Recurrence Rate of Chronic Subdural Hematoma With Mixed Density: A Retrospective Analytic Cohort Study
H Z Fang,Zhongding Zhang,Yiru Liu,Lingfei Wang,Yue Yang,Shize Li,Xiepan Jing,Guanghui Bai,Hansong Sheng +8 more
TL;DR: When compared with the traditional BHC, rigid neuroendoscopy assisted hematoma resection can better reduce the recurrence rate of CSDH with mixed density and surpassed the results obtained from BHC in reducing the volume of pneumocephalus, improving hematomas evacuation rate, promoting short-term neurological recovery, and shortening hospital stays.
Journal ArticleDOI
Validation of simplified FABS scale to predict stroke mimics in a Chinese population undergoing intravenous thrombolysis
Xiaoming Qin,Songyao Zhao,Liujie Yin,Hailing Dou,Jing Fu,Yifan Wang,Mingzhe Li,Ruifang Chen,Jie Chen,Wei Liu,Gaiqing Yang,Xin Liu,Runqing Wang,Xinzhou Jia,Shufang Bu,Dongpu Ma,Baoyu Wang,Shize Li +17 more
TL;DR: The sFABS scale had excellent discrimination and good calibration abilities to predict SMs among a Chinese stroke population receiving tPA therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Administration of tissue plasminogen activator without coagulation results in a Chinese population
Xiaoming Qin,Songyao Zhao,Liujie Yin,Hailing Dou,Jie Chen,Yifan Wang,Mingzhe Li,Ruifang Chen,Jing Fu,Wei Liu,Xin Liu,Gaiqing Yang,Runqing Wang,Xinzhou Jia,Shufang Bu,Dongpu Ma,Baoyu Wang,Shize Li +17 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that tPA could be delivered safely without coagulated results in patients without suspected coagulopathy, and avoiding coagulation tests reduces significantly the DNT interval.
