Influence of molar ratio of citric acid to metal ions on preparation of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 materials via polymerizable complex process

TL;DR: In this paper, the results indicated that with the molar ratio of citric acid/metal ions at 4, the resin contained a lower fraction of monodentate ligand and a higher portion of C C O structure obtained from ethylene glycol, which made it possible to synthesize the perovskite phase at temperature as low as 500°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microstructure, magnetoresistance and electrical properties of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films synthesized from citric acid and ethylene glycol

TL;DR: In this article, the microstructure, magnetoresistance and electrical resistivity of thin polycrystal La 0.67 Sr 0.33 MnO 3 (LSMO) thin films were grown on Si (100) substrates by utilizing the resins synthesized from the polymerization of citric acid and ethylene glycol.
