Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Research on the Links Between the Gut Microbiota and Depression From 1999 to 2019
Xiuqing Zhu,Jinqing Hu,Shuhua Deng,Yaqian Tan,Chang Qiu,Ming Zhang,Xiao-Jia Ni,Haoyang Lu,Zhanzhang Wang,Lu Li,Hongzhen Chen,Shanqing Huang,Tao Xiao,Dewei Shang,Yuguan Wen +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the current status and developing trends in Gut microbiota research in the depression field through bibliometric and visual analysis, which may help researchers choose suitable cooperators or journals, and promote their research illustrating the underlying molecular mechanisms of depression, including its etiology, prevention, and treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comprehensive Bibliometric Analysis of the Kynurenine Pathway in Mood Disorders: Focus on Gut Microbiota Research.
Xiuqing Zhu,Jinqing Hu,Shuhua Deng,Yaqian Tan,Chang Qiu,Ming Zhang,Xiao-Jia Ni,Haoyang Lu,Zhanzhang Wang,Lu Li,Yayan Luo,Shanqing Huang,Tao Xiao,Shujing Liu,Xiaolin Li,Dewei Shang,Yuguan Wen +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a bibliometric analysis aimed to provide a first glimpse into the dysregulated kynurenine pathway (KP), an immune-inflammatory pathway, in the pathophysiology of mood disorders, including depression and bipolar disorder characterized by a low-grade chronic pro-inflammatory state.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Retrospective Analysis of Steady-State Olanzapine Concentrations in Chinese Patients Using Therapeutic Drug Monitoring: Effects of Valproate and Other Factors.
Shuhua Deng,Zhanzhang Wang,Haoyang Lu,Lu Li,Jinqing Hu,Xiuqing Zhu,Huan-Shan Xie,Hongzhen Chen,Ming Zhang,Xiao-Jia Ni,Chang Qiu,Dewei Shang,Yuguan Wen +12 more
TL;DR: Investigating the serum concentrations of olanzapine in relation to age, sex, and other factors in Chinese patients found patients characterized with a combination of factors may benefit from TDM for the adjustment of oanzapine dose to minimize adverse reactions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of mass spectrometry-based relatively quantitative targeted method for amino acids and neurotransmitters: Applications in the diagnosis of major depression.
Hongzhen Chen,Huan-Shan Xie,Shanqing Huang,Tao Xiao,Zhanzhang Wang,Xiao-jiao Ni,Shuhua Deng,Haoyang Lu,Jingqin Hu,Lu Li,Yuguan Wen,Dewei Shang +11 more
TL;DR: This is the first report of the difference in urocanic acid, a compound reported to improve glutamate biosynthesis and release in the central nervous system, between healthy controls and patients with major depression.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of grapefruit juice and food on the pharmacokinetics of pirfenidone in healthy Chinese volunteers: a diet–drug interaction study
Jinqing Hu,Dewei Shang,Xinwen Xu,Xiu-Ling He,Xiao-Jia Ni,Ming Zhang,Zhanzhang Wang,Chang Qiu,Shuhua Deng,Haoyang Lu,Xiuqing Zhu,Wencan Huang,Yuguan Wen +12 more
TL;DR: Co-administration of pirfenidone with grapefruit juice resulted in modestly reduced overall oral absorption and significantly reduced peak concentrations compared to fasting, which was similar to effect of food ingestion, which should raise concerns for clinical efficacy and safety.
