Journal ArticleDOI

Fatty acid metabolism complements glycolysis in the selective regulatory T cell expansion during tumor growth

TL;DR: The data demonstrate that Tregs are committed to survive and proliferate in such a hostile milieu thanks to a metabolic advantage based on the combination of glycolysis and fatty acid synthesis and oxidation, and support a model in which signals from the tumor microenvironment induce a circuitry of glyCOlysis, FA synthesis, and oxidation that confers a preferential proliferative advantage to T Regs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Wnt3a neutralization enhances T-cell responses through indirect mechanisms and restrains tumor growth

TL;DR: It is suggested that Wnt3a neutralization might be a promising immunotherapy for rescuing dendritic cell activities in vivo and clarified the function of the Wnt 3a/β-catenin pathway in antitumor effector T cells.
