The success of employees in an organization, especially in banking, has a big impact on how well the resources can meet customer needs and satisfaction, which is the goal of a business. Customer satisfaction is a big part of the company's goals, which has a lot to do with how the company manages its human resources. As a result, every employee should be required to improve their performance and work towards those goals at all times. On the other hand, job stress and things that motivate employees outside of work also affect how satisfied they are at work. This study aims to analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and job stress on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk USU Branch. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 93 bank employees by conducting Z-sobel testing on the intervening test. The results showed a positive direct influence between extrinsic motivation and employee performance. Extrinsic motivation is proven to encourage increased employee performance. Furthermore, this study also found a negative direct effect between job stress and employee performance. High levels of work stress can hinder employee performance, reduce productivity, and affect overall work quality.

The main aim of road freight transport is transporting of goods by road. It is the most developed area of transport. The advantage of road transport is the direct transport from the sender to the recipient, faster, easier transportation resulting from technology, availability and operability. The disadvantages of this type of transport are traffic intensity dependence on the state network of road infrastructure and negative impact on the environment. The significance of calculation in transport is so important. It helps carriers to inform on the efficiency and profitability of the services provided, also in allocation of pricing services for budgetary purposes, but also for reducing of cost. This study interrogated the inherent relationship between transport costing and organizational competitiveness in the Zimbabwe Road Freight Sector. The study was prompted by an observation that most road freight companies collapsed before even they reach the five-year mark of trading. Literature is awash with transport costing models and there seemed to be a disparity in the conceptualization and application of these to real business scenarios. That led to the use of somewhat firefighting costing strategies with no meaning results. This was a quantitative study of road freight transport sector across Zimbabwe with a population of 1256 registered companies and a randomly picked sample size of 384. A total of 384 questionnaires were distributed and 291 were retrieved giving a response rate of 75.6%. study found out that the idea of transport costing was alien in the minds of many operators and managers as they used borrowed rates from competitors to price their own services without looking at the cost build up to the rate. This led to unprofitable operations. The study findings established that transport costing has a positive effect on organizational competitiveness. The study recommends training and development into transport costing and inclusion of this concept as a stand-alone module in Zimbabwean Education curriculum.

Inherent Relationship Between Transport Costing and Organizational Competitiveness: A Case of the Road Freight Sector in Zimbabwe

This study aims to analyze the effect of job characteristics and compensation on performance through work engagement. There are four variables in this study, including work engagement, compensation, job characteristics, and performance. Several previous studies have shown that work engagement is able to mediate the influence of job characteristics and compensation on performance. The data of this research comes from the perception of tax bailiff. The sample size of 263 employees was obtained by using Slovin formula. The analytical SEM PLS method was used to answer the research objectives. The results obtained from this research show that work engagement is able to mediate the effect of job characteristics and compensation on performance. In addition, the direct influence test shows that job characteristics and compensation have a significant and positive effect on work engagement. Job characteristics, compensation, and work engagement have a significant and positive effect on performance.

The discussion that forms the basis of the background of this research is the problem of developing creative economic products, especially on the MSME scale which is seen from the linkage of marketing communication strategies that have not been or have been implemented in one of the implementation of marketing activities for Processed moringa Indra Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising (X1), product packaging (X2), public relations (X3) and events marketing (X4) on product development (Y) in the context of the creative economy. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used is all consumers of Processed Moringa Indra Jaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling in the form of random sampling of 100 people. Respondents were selected based on an existing database of MSME recommendations related to the respondent's domicile throughout Indonesia. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows statistical tools. The results showed that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, partially or simultaneously.

The Effect of Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy on The Development Of Creative Economic Products In Moringa Processed MSMe Indra Jaya

This study aimed to investigate the impact of job analysis, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT.ALP Petro Industry in Pasuruan, using a quantitative approach. The population of the study consisted of 70 employees, and a sample size of 60 respondents was selected using random sampling. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The findings of the study indicated that job analysis, work discipline, and workload had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results suggest that improving job analysis, work discipline, and workload management can lead to better employee performance. The implications of this study are that companies should prioritize employee job analysis, work discipline, and workload management to improve overall performance and productivity.

Improving Employee Performance: The Impact of Job Analysis, Work Discipline, and Workload

This study aims to analyze and see the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Prima Karya Teknik. And to see which of the organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have the most significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement level, interviews and observations. The population in this study are all employees at PT Prima Karya Teknik, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, namely taking or determining the sample if all the population is used as a sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed using SPSS Version 22 software. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the analysis results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. And the most significant variable on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees is the organizational culture variable.

For the existence and continuity of business as well as enhancing the competitiveness of Conventional Banks, good corporate governance (GCG) integration and credit restructuring are carried out. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the integration of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and credit restructuring on the business performance of Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo. This research is an explanatory research using 72 respondents, namely commissioners, main directors, compliance directors and managers of conventional banks in Sidoarjo. The variables used in this study are Managerial Ownership, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Credit Responding, Credit Reconditioning, Credit Restructuring and Business Performance. The analytical tool used is the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The reason is because all variables in this study cannot be measured directly or, latent variables.
