Journal ArticleDOI
High‐Efficiency Deep‐Blue Light‐Emitting Diodes Based on Phenylquinoline/Carbazole‐Based Compounds
Seungjoon Lee,Jin Su Park,Kyung-Jin Yoon,Young-Inn Kim,Sung-Ho Jin,Sung Kwon Kang,Yeong-Soon Gal,Sunwoo Kang,Jin Yong Lee,Jae-Wook Kang,Se-Hyung Lee,Hyung-Dol Park,Jang-Joo Kim +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, high-quality amorphous thin films based on phenylquinoline-carbazole derivatives are synthesized for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs).
Journal ArticleDOI
Copper-Catalyzed Cross-Coupling and Carbonylative Cross-Coupling of Organostannanes and Organoboranes with Hypervalent Iodine Compounds
Journal ArticleDOI
New Sesquiterpene-Monoterpene Lactone, Artemisolide, Isolated from Artemisia argyi.
Jong Han Kim,Hae-Kyung Kim,Sun Bok Jeon,Kwang-Hee Son,Eun Hee Kim,Sung Kwon Kang,Nack-Do Sung,Byoung-Mog Kwon +7 more
TL;DR: Artemisia argyi has been used to extract a sesquiterpene-monoterpene lactone, artemisolide, from the aerial parts of Artemisia argi as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of mononuclear copper(II) complexes of acyclic Schiff's base ligands: spectral, structural, electrochemical, antibacterial, DNA binding and cleavage activity.
Arumugam Jayamani,V. Thamilarasan,Nallathambi Sengottuvelan,P. Manisankar,Sung Kwon Kang,Young-Inn Kim,Vengatesan Ganesan +6 more
TL;DR: Binding interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) investigated by absorption studies and fluorescence spectral studies show good binding affinity to CT DNA, which imply both the copper(II) complexes can strongly interact with DNA efficiently.
Journal ArticleDOI
Relationships among structure and spectroscopic properties in tetrahedrally distorted copper(II) (−)-sparteine dichloride
TL;DR: In this article, the 1:1 mixed crystalline Cu(C15H26N2)Cl2 and Zn(C 15H 26N2)-Cl2 were characterized, and the X-ray crystallographic structures of 2 and 3 were determined.
