A study on the legitimate requirements for Administrative Due Process of the deliberation to the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education

This article aims to analyze the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and efforts to strengthen it in the national education system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The study of literature by focusing on terms of peeling, summarizing and collecting a literature, then the authors provide an analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed that during the pre-independence era religious education was not only not recognized but also not included in the education system, it was even suspected of being a place to incite and fight the invaders. At the time of independence it did not yet have a role because the government still tended to be controlled by nationalist and secular groups, if there were Islamic groups, Islam was still more abangan. Thus the New Order government continuously fostered the quality of madrasa education so that in 1975 a joint decree (SKB) was issued by three ministers on Improving the Quality of Education in Madrasas, where the SKB of the three ministers had advantages and disadvantages. So that the solution of this weakness is the government is trying to make breakthroughs to restore the function of the madrasa as a place to print religious leaders, namely by opening an alternative Madrasah Aliyah named Madrasah Aliyah Special Program (MAPK). Henceforth, this MAPK was changed to Madrasah Aliyah Religious (MAK) which focuses and strengthens the field of Islamic education. There are two strengthening of Islamic education in the national education system, namely strengthening Islamic educational institutions, and strengthening religious subjects in all schools both under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion and other Ministries.

The Development of Islamic Education and Strengthening of National Education System of Indonesia

The quality of education in Indonesia is still far from being expected. It is different from Taiwan. The government and people realize that a strong commitment to build and develop a national education system is a key determinant of the success of the state to maintain students' achievement. The purpose of this study is to respond the correlation of teacher teaching experience (TTE) and instructional delivery on teacher's competence (TCC), classroom curriculum (CC), and personal competencies (PC) by examining teachers in the primary schools from Taiwan and Indonesia. This study explores the differences between Taiwan and Indonesia cohort in TCC, CC, PC and correlation between TTE and TCC, CC, PC to bring learners` achievement. The results shown that the TCC, CC, PC are different from Taiwan and Indonesia. Then, TEE is statistically significant on TCC, CC, and PC. The techno teaching of each country is compiled by the ministry of education, and then the primary school is given the authority to develop techno teaching or students' achievement in accordance with the conditions of each region and students' demand in Indonesia which includes a teacher's competencies that are supported to succeed the education especially in primary school.

The Educational Innovation Comparison of a Techno teaching Analysis in Primary School between Indonesia and Taiwan

Teaching is an educator activity in the learning process, which aims to develop the potential that students have in the form of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the government has issued a policy of "Belajar Dari Rumah" (BDR) as an effort to overcome the spread of the virus. Teaching in accordance with BDR policy makes educators at private universities in Jambi city who do not have a Learning Management System (LMS) conduct teaching management in accordance with their expertise and knowledge. This study aims to describe the experience of educators in universities who do not have LMS in managing teaching during the Covid 19 pandemic so that learning can run according to learning objectives using a qualitative descriptive approach, involving ten educators with different scientific fields and courses. This research uses a qualitative research method involving ten educators from private universities in Jambi who do not have LMS. Data have collected through observations, interviews, and documents. The data collected have analyzed through the stages of reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions in accordance with research objectives. The data analyzed is using the technique validity of data through data triangulation. The study found that the management of educator teaching in private universities in Jambi city who do not have LMS is implemented BDR policies during the pandemic period following the established implementation rules without leaving the meaning of learning and learning process standards that have set out in government regulations through the stage of teaching management.

Teachers Teaching Management During Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) Policy In Higher Education: A Piece of Teacher Sharing Ways

Building a network of partnership in the management of educational institutions is one thing that is very important to be done by the managers of non-formal educational institutions that are managed independently by the community so that the purpose of establishing non-formal educational institutions can be achieved.  This study aims to explore how the views of non-formal education managers and the forms of partnership built by non-formal education managers build partnership networks and obstacles faced in building partnership networks. This research uses qualitative methods and data collection is carried out by observation in the form of direct observations to several non-formal educational institutions located in three regions of Jambi province, namely Batanghari, Merangin, and Muaro Bungo. Interviews were conducted with non-formal education managers in three regions, as well as documentation in the form of visions, missions of non-formal educational institutions, cooperation documents, and some literature related to the management of non-formal education. The data that has been collected is analyzed and tested for validity using the source data trianggulation technique. The results showed that the managers of non-formal education units have similar views on the importance of cooperating in the management of non-formal education units, and the form of cooperation carried out in the form of cooperation in terms of financing, borrowing facilities and infrastructure, as well as resource persons for training and learning activities. The obstacles faced come from within the manager himself, namely still passive and less proactive in building partnership networks with other parties. The results of this study show that the managers of non-formal education units view building partnership networks only limited to practical matters, namely financing, borrowing facilities, and resource persons only in accordance with current needs, it is hoped that the results of the research will be able to improve the quality of management of non-formal educational institutions managed by the community.

Building Partnership Network in Viewing of Manager of Nonformal Educational Institution

The aim of this study was to know the influence of teachers’ leadership and motivation, to know the learning outcomes on learning social science.  This research was quantitative with regression linear. The researchers taken 30 students from class XI IPS (social science) 1 Year 2020/2021 at MA Yahisha Cihampelas Bandung. The result show that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted, namely there is an influence of Teachers' Leadership and Motivation on the Social Science Learning Outcomes of Class XI IPS 1 Students 2020/2021 at MA Yahisha Cihampelas Bandung. With a high level of significance. In other words, Teachers' Leadership and motivation can be used as a method to improve student learning outcomes, in this case, Social Science lessons in the teaching and learning process.
