What margins should be added to the clinical target volume in radiotherapy treatment planning for lung cancer
TL;DR: In this study, a daily clinical routine for radiotherapy treatment planning uses a margin of 11 mm in the transversal plane and 15 mm cranially and caudally, also taking into account other unquantified variations and uncertainties.

TL;DR: It is apparent that the target volume in the radiotherapy of medulloblastoma should include not only the demonstrated tumor but also the whole subdural space from the tip of the frontal lobes down to and including the second sacral segment.
