Journal ArticleDOI

Giant magnetic tunneling effect in Fe/Al2O3/Fe junction

TL;DR: In this article, a giant magnetoresistance ratio of 30% at 4.2 K and 18% at 300 K was observed for the first time in an Fe/Al2O3/Fe junction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Size dependences of magnetic properties and switching behavior in FePt L10 nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this article, an epitaxial FePt nanoparticles covered with Ag and Pt overlayers were investigated by means of anomalous Hall resistance measurements, and it was shown that the magnetic properties of these nanoparticles can be explained by the coherent rotation model, taking thermal relaxation into account.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large magnetoresistance effect in 82Ni-Fe/Al-Al2O3/Co magnetic tunneling junction

TL;DR: A large magnetoresistance ratio ( ΔR / R = 2.7% at room temperature and 3.5% at 77 K) was observed for the first time in 82Ni-Fe/Al-Al 2 O 3 /Co junction as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dependence of magnetoresistance on temperature and applied voltage in a 82Ni-Fe/Al-Al2O3/Co tunneling junction

TL;DR: The dependence of magnetoresistance on temperature T and on the applied voltage V in a 82Ni-Fe/Al-Al 2 O 3 /Co tunneling junction has been studied in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Exchange-spring behavior in sputter-deposited α-Fe/NdFeB multilayer magnets

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors showed that the layers of α-Fe and Nd 2 Fe 14 B phases are exchange coupled in a certain range of demagnetization fields.
