Walter Vegetti,M Grazia Tibiletti,G. Testa,de Lauretis Yankowski,F. Alagna,E Castoldi,M. Taborelli,T. Motta,P.F. Bolis,Leda Dalprà,P. G. Crosignani +10 more
TL;DR: Pedigree analysis strongly suggests the existence of a familial pattern of premature ovarian failure with a dominant maternal and/or paternal transmission and incomplete penetrance, and in the presence of familial history of prematurely ovarian failure, reproductive counselling is recommended.
Journal ArticleDOI

Elena Ricci,Fabio Parazzini,Fabio Parazzini,T. Motta,Carlo Ferrari,Annamaria Colao,Antonio Clavenna,Francesca Rocchi,Emanuela Gangi,Sandra Paracchi,Maurizio Gasperi,Maurizio Lavezzari,Anna Elisa Nicolosi,Simona Ferrero,Maria Luisa Landi,Paolo Beck-Peccoz,Maurizio Bonati +16 more
TL;DR: The data from this study in combination with previous reports can exclude a congenital malformation risk greater than 10% associated with pregnancy exposure to cabergoline.
Journal ArticleDOI
Atrial natriuretic peptide and hemodynamic changes during normal human pregnancy
Carla Sala,Mariarosaria Campise,Giancarlo Ambroso,T. Motta,Alberto Zanchetti,Alberto Morganti +5 more
TL;DR: Levels of ANP and cGMP did not differ from postpartum levels after subjects stood, and stroke volume tended to increase in response to standing in late pregnancy, which was opposite to that of total peripheral resistance.
Journal ArticleDOI

G. Testa,Walter Vegetti,T. Motta,F. Alagna,D. Bianchedi,Clelia Carlucci,Massimiliano Bianchi,Fabio Parazzini,Pier Giorgio Crosignani +8 more
TL;DR: The data suggest that after 2 years of follow-up, no harmful effect of OC use was observed in a group of young patients using oral contraceptives with hyperprolactinemia and no patient experienced any radiological changes during OC treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Flutamide in the treatment of hirsutism
TL;DR: The data suggest that the antiandrogenic properties of flutamide render it a suitable single agent in the treatment of hirsutism.
